WHAT TO EXPECT
Just Pilates provides you with one-on-one instruction tailored to your body’s needs. At the start of your first appointment we will have a brief talk about your goals, expectations and physical abilities or problems. Then you will be introduced to the basic system of the Pilates method, with a focus on your individual needs. As you commit yourself to the method and progress over time, you will feel changes and improvements in your body.

 

Joseph Pilates said

"In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a different body".

 

WHAT TO WEAR
The recommended attire is regular workout clothes that are not too loose fitting and tennis socks. Pilates is done without shoes.
